How a jam works

90 minutes. One topic. Something your team can use that week.

Working sessions for learning teams, whatever they're called in your organisation: learning partners, learning designers, e-learning developers, facilitators, workshop designers, internal coaches.

Before

A quick diagnosis with you: where your team is at, where the gaps are. Then I tailor the session around your world: your tools, your examples, a live piece of work from your pipeline.

The session

Ninety minutes, live and remote, for up to six people. I teach the method on the topic, your team tries it on real work, and I'm alongside them.

After

Fourteen days in The Jam Portal for your cohort: the recording, the deck, everything built in the session, and a cheat sheet so the method sticks.

One jam is a session, not support. When you want me between sessions, that's The Build Lab.

Start here

LXD in your organisation

The menu

Pick the segment where your team is stuck.
