Learning that’s clear, strategic, and built to land, no matter the scale.

Your strategic learning partner

I design modern learning experiences for organisations who need more than “training.” You get strategic clarity, thoughtful design, and behaviour-led learning that feels human, useful, and aligned to your business.

Whether your project is national, APAC-wide, global, or high-risk compliance, I lead the design end-to-end, partnering with your SMEs, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape learning that actually works in the real world.

Most clients engage me for multi-week or multi-month projects. Let’s chat through the problem you’re solving so I can recommend the best pathway.

Learning projects I lead

Designed for organisations navigating complexity, scale, and multiple stakeholders.

  • A modern, human-first onboarding experience that helps new starters feel clear, confident, and capable faster.

  • High-risk, sensitive, or regulatory training that balances accuracy with behaviour change. Clear. Simple. Human. No overwhelm.

  • Behaviour-led learning that helps people make the right calls in the moments that matter.

  • Experiences that help people shift beliefs, practice new behaviours, and build a healthier, more inclusive culture.

  • Learning that creates consistency, confidence, and service behaviours your brand can stand behind.

Who I work with

Learning projects inside complex organisations especially where:

  • there are multiple SMEs

  • stakeholders have competing priorities

  • clarity is missing

  • compliance risk is high

  • the project impacts hundreds or thousands of people

  • you need someone who can lead direction, not wait for it

This is where I do my best work.

How your project comes to life

The five stages

The LXD Donut is my experience-led approach to designing learning that actually works. It’s strategic, human, and flexible. It’s built to meet you where you’re at, not force you through a rigid process.

Learning projects rarely start in the same place. Sometimes you need clarity. Sometimes you’re mid-build. Sometimes the learning exists but behaviour hasn’t shifted. This framework lets us focus on what matters most right now, without unnecessary steps or overwhelm.

2/ Design
Architect a learning experience that fits your context, goals, and people.

1/ Discover
Bring clarity to the real problem, not just the symptoms.

3/ Develop
Build with intention, creativity, and quality.

5/ Impact
Measure what actually matters and adjust as needed.

4/ Deliver
Launch with confidence and support adoption.

How we can work together

  • Text reading 'learning strategy' in large colorful letters with a paper airplane graphic and a smaller text bubble saying 'Jam session'.

    Clarity before you build anything

A deep-dive clarity session to define the problem, map risks, and set direction.
    Perfect for messy, multi-SME projects.

  • Colorful graphic text reads 'learning experience' with a smaller label 'Blueprint' and a star icon on a black background.

The plan, architecture, and design decisions

Your full strategic blueprint. Learning journey mapping, behaviours, modalities, principles, and design decisions.
Everything the team needs to build confidently.

  • Word cloud with the words 'prototype' in purple and 'sprint' in yellow, with a small orange arrow pointing to the right.

Test, refine, and de-risk before scale

Design and build a focused prototype to validate direction, engage stakeholders, and pressure-test the experience before committing to a full rollout.

  • Colorful text that reads 'learning experience' with a doughnut illustration and a button that says 'Full journey' on a black background.

    End-to-end delivery with a trusted micro-team

From strategy → design → development → delivery support. And when the project needs more scale, I bring in a vetted micro-team of trusted collaborators while staying your single point of leadership.
